582 on the elliptical this morning.

Still having a problem with the late night cheating thing.  Class of scotch before bed last night.  Bad me.  Also, ate a very old salty duck egg, just to see if it was still good.  Delicious? Not sure.  The yolk was so old it has gone granular and oily.  Hasn’t made me sick.
