It’s New Years Eve in China.  I think I shall eat and drink this evening.  Tomorrow we get strict.

And despite sleeping until eleven this morning, I did not give up completely.  614 calories on the elliptical in my 31 minutes.  Not bad.

I was watching the end of the movie “The U.S. vs. John Lennon”.  So sad that John is gone, but what a legacy he left behind.  I’m always happy that I can never remember the name of the man who shot him.  That non-entity deserves to be denied the thing he wanted, fame.

A third of a bottle of spiced rum later and I got to bed.  Tasty stuff that.  Now to stick to my intention of going strict until I lose the Christmas pudge.
