599 on the elliptical while watching the making of Master and Commander.  Astonishing story, the way they made that movie.  Of course I’m incredibly jealous.  I want to play with those toys, and have those resources at my disposal.  Never going to happen now.

Feeling good this morning.  Did not cheat last night, as per my new resolve.  A few weeks of this and I may actually achieve my goal of a six pack belly.  Worried about my mouth.  My mucosa is very sore under the point where the new temporary cap was put in.  No tooth ache now, but I don’t seem to be healing.  Xiao Feng said it would take a long time to get rid of the fungus they have diagnosed.  If it’s just fungus I’m okay with that, except this is painful.
